I have been following their board and watching their process of rationalization. To their credit there are few with integrity that are standing their ground (anonymously) saying they will not support their program if PD3 wrestles for the hoks. The rest of them are "win at all cost" which doesn't surprise me. Through this entire process this is what I find most telling:
I hope this entire thing totally blows up in their face at the national tourney under the bright lights with all the cameras rolling. Not sure it will happen then but my bet is that it happens... maybe at the ISU dual?!?! I will be front row stirring the pot, respectfully of course.
- What does this say about TnT? Men of integrity? Recruiting kids that post blow jobs on Snapchat? Do they feel like they are on mission to save PD3? Do they see themselves in PD3? I guess they do have experience with rape allegations.
- What does this say about their fans? It amazes me how their fan base rests all of their faith in what TnT says/do. According to their fans TnT are going to be PD3's savior. If they told their fans to jump off the MU parking garage there would be a line in 20 minutes. Talk about sheeple!
- Their delusional fans are putting their NC hopes in a complete idiot who has to spend a semester in Ames to graduate before he goes to Iowa City. Good luck with that. I hope our student body heckles the $hit out of him on campus. There should be no "safe space" for this tool. In addition I hope the administration reviews every class on his transcript from every school that gave him a second/third/fourth/etc chance to make sure he truly qualifies to graduate.

Yes. Yes, I do. Not because he is going to school but for the all the other reasons I consider him a db. After thinking about it... he makes a perfect hok.
I have the same question, and it seems like the only logical answer to me. I can't see how this works out and Downey is in the lineup at NCAAs. There hasn't been any indication that he is willing to change his ways.
Isn't one of your best still on the lam from stealing from your football players?
