I have several choices-

1960s Pontiac Grand Prix
1967 Pontiac GTO
1970 Chevelle

But what tops my list is the gold on black 1979 Pontiac Trans Am Firebird driven in Smokey and the Bandit.

Throw some black stripes on that baby and it's money.

Or the 67 Fastback Mustang.

Or my dad's 87 IROC-Z28 Camaro. It looks just like the one in the pic but with new chrome rims, new candy apple red paint job, new black and red leather interior and black decals instead of the gold.

Oh yeah, MANUAL ALL THE WAY. No sissy automatic.

But over all those cars I still prefer my convertible 2002 Camaro SS 5.7L V8 6-speed.

I always liked the '69 Fastback

I have one of these that I hope to finally restore someday. '64 Chevelle, the first year they made them. Picture is of a '64 Malibu SS, basically the same body style.

I was thinking about what I would pick though if I had to choose a classic car.

Give me a 1970 Dodge Challenger and I'll be good.

1957 T-Bird with the removable porthole hardtop roof. I had a chance to pick one up in 1966 for $2,500 but thought that was was too much to pay for a two-seater. I think I'd like black-on-black.

Maybe one day I'll inherit this car from my dad (well, the replica, anyway)

I would have to say my top 3 are:

1969 Dodge Charger Daytona

1969 Yenko Camero

1962 Chevy Corvette

just out of the top 3 is a 1987 Buick Regal GNX. (if Darth Vader drove a car he would drive one of these)

This is not neccesarily a dream car, but it is a project that I have waiting for me to start on some day. I am the 4th generation to own this vehicle. It was purchased brand new by my Great-Grandfather in 1954. Some day the plan is to work it over and get it running. Of course it will be painted red with cyclone plates on it.

Hard to get rid of something that has had the same last name on the title since day 1
