Well the other part is Stevenson is skilled enough to continue doing that.

OSU @ WV: OSU 24 fouls, 1 player fouled out, 2 players w/ 4 fouls; WV 23 fouls, 2 players fouled out, 1 player w/ 4 fouls.

Yes, ISU fouls a lot. We also tend to get more fouls than we should (either the player or the refs fault). I think there were legitimately 3-5 (maybe more) bad fouls called on ISU (@WV), fouls that the ref called that were incorrect. Conversely, there were likely at least 3-5 non-calls, or fouls that shoulda been called but weren't, against WV. This was easily the swing margin in points, that coulda givin us a win.
