So I have a meeting in Coover on Monday evening from 6pm-8pm. Is there anywhere I can park that is closer than the memorial union ramp?? There used to be some spots available at the armory and also in a couple small lots behind Marston back in the day. I think they became available after 5pm, but it was really limited....like 3-4 spots per lot.

Appreciate any insight on today's parking situation. I know it sucks, but anything better than the union ramp for proximity to Coover??

Lot next to Armory is still a pay lot as far as I know, also a lot of the lots open up to anyone after 5:30 or so.

There are usually a lot of open spots behind Town in the parking lots by the design building. You can park there after 5:30 I believe.

Most spots are only reserved until 5:30. Design and Howe lots would be a good choice for a meeting in Coover.

I'm pretty sure the lot next to Hach/Davidson is also open after 5:30 (And I think would be the closest one outside off-street parking).

There is a lot just south of Nuclear Engineering Building. It is only like a dozen cars or so that can park there and I believe there are some open spots after 5:30. Basically you have to take a left off of Bissel Road and drive back a little ways but it is in there, and not a lot of people hit it up.

I'm a EE and I have class in Coover every Monday and Wednesday night. I park in the lot between the Armory and Hach hall. It's free, and there are always spots available at 6. The armory doesn't have free parking until after 7.

If anybody knows a way to get the "future student" restricted parking passes near the admissions office and carver I will personally bake you cookies.
