UAB's length may be a problem again.

I noticed they're all wearing two different shades of shoes.


Illinois is a really bad team..they nearly lost to Chicago st...and UAB is behind by 14. I don't think their length will mean much.

After watching UAB play those who said playing Illinois is better are right. I'll have to save my bloodlust for KU.

They did say Illinois was getting 3 players back tonight from injury, 1 of which is an all conference caliber player. I don't pretend to know how much of an impact those guys have, but it is possible they could be quite improved from that.

Man, the Illinois team looked like a basketball team that plays basketball.

But, I think I've figured something out about them.

I think if we score more points than they do, we'll have a better-than-average chance of winning.

Illinois looked good rebounding the ball against a pretty athletic UAB interior tonight. I think ISU will struggle to hang with them on the boards. If ISU decides to have one of their cold shooting nights, it could end badly.

If they shoot even close to how they did tonight, Illinois is in big trouble.
