Reminds me of Prohm with Wigginton, guy was the highest recruit in school history and couldn't see the floor until after the under 16 timeout.

Looks like Wiggi might be playing G league is Wi? Same team as AJ Green.

This team is a dumpster fire right now. I don’t see them winning another game this year the way they are playing. They are 4-9 in their last 13 games. The coaching staff and players can’t seem to figure it out. They don’t have any answers. I think they will end the season on a 7 game losing streak and 4-13 in their last 17 games. It will be an historical collapse.

I think they will be better next year with the good recruiting class coming in. It will be addition by subtraction as kalscheur, grill, holmes and Jones will be gone. They still will have the coaching issues so probably not much better.

They aren’t a dumpster fire. Their problem is they and their coaches can’t fight out of trouble lately. They play good and everything is fine. But as soon as things go south, they freak out. As soon as we were down by 5 against the Oklahoma schools, you just knew they would lose. And worst of all THEY knew they were going to lose. They just need to get back their killer instinct.

Everyone forgets how to dribble, pass, defend etc. and they look like they're playing drunk. It's a really interesting dynamic.

And they really look like they don’t want to be there. There were a couple of times yesterday where I could swear you could see the player’s literal thought process and it was something like “I don’t want to be here. I don’t want to be here. Well I suppose I have to shoot”. And then they’d throw up a shot much like the person shooting for the lawn mower.

I’ve seen a lot of teams play badly in Hilton. I’ve seen teams play far worse than this one in the last two losses. But I’m not sure I’ve seen one play more wounded.

but we don't know how much harder practices are at ISU and the cumulative fatigue over the course of time that can have on them.
I do know they rarely practiced at St. Bonaventure. Generally, in the Atlantic 10 teams just show up and play the games. It is kind of like a rec league where they come in cars to the game and suit up out in the hall.

Wonder what you'd be saying if we were 9-4 but beating up on trash teams instead of wins over #7 Texas, #5 Kansas State, #8 Kansas, #22 TCU and losses to #12 Kansas State, #8 Texas, and some losses against teams in the top 40 of the NET.

We will be the 7th seed. Even with a win on Monday. As OSU has the tiebreaker versus us. Need TCU to lose at OU or home versus Texas. But if we are the #7 seed we might at least get a W.
You were wrong, by the way. If we would've won on Monday, we'd have clinched the 6 seed. But thanks for being so confident in your inaccuracy.

I think you just described their reaction to adversity as a dumpster fire :)

It was based on Oklahoma State winning out us losing at Baylor. If OSU had won out and TCU had won a single game then regardless of the outcome on Monday we would have been a #7 seed.

So we need TCU to lose tonight vs Texas and Sat at OU or OSU to just lose Sat at TT for us to avoid the Weds game if we lose at Baylor.

We'd have the tie breaker over TCU and OSU would have the tie breaker over us.

What happens in a 3 way tie with TCU and OSU?

Three way tie allows us to finish above TCU and below Oklahoma State. OSU’s round robin record is 3-1, we are 2-2 and TCU is 1-3. OSU would be #5, us #6 and TCU is #7 if we have a three way tie at 8-10.

I'll just cheer for TT to beat OSU since I don't trust OU to beat TCU

Why didn't you include that in your post? And why would you assume Oklahoma State was winning out? That was dumb.

But hey, had you included your multiple stipulations, you were totally right!
