Because I have complete faith that the Big 12 will be ragged on as down this year, and that despite who we've played, our noncon schedule will again be called into question; let's hope Morgan State uses their solid effort today as a springboard to them going on to win the MEAC.

This year isn't like last year from a NCSOS perspective.

Last year we went 0-1 vs quad 1 in noncon games, with that noncon game being a barely quad 1 TAMU.

This year we are 3-1 vs quad 1, with a narrow loss to #1, a win over a top 10 marquette team, and solid quad 1a wins against Dayton and Iowa.

Especially factoring in time of year. Last game before xmas guys with one eye out the door. No way are they going to be locked in to win by that much.

Agree! Morgan State played a game before a crowd of just 127 against NJIT Nov. 16. So they really showed up for a big crowd game against the #3 team in the country.

I wonder if ISU's intensity would have been better today if TJ gave some of the deep bench guys some minutes. Watson in particular, we're going to need him at times in conference play. Why wouldn't you give him 10 minutes in a game like this one? I don't get it.
