Here nor there
Still optimistic about a win due to Toledo being as mediocre as anticipated, but even if we pull this out it will be just another display of incompetent football.

Does anyone ever wonder why you couldn't have been born in Austin, Columbus or Los Angeles?

If you were born in Los Angeles you wouldn't know what football, basketball, or possibly any sport even is. I'm like an alien here that I follow football and basketball.

Is JP watching this dumpster fire of a game or is he at a track meet in BFE Alabama where there is no tv??

I really hope we throw the ball down field in the 2nd half. Richardson had plenty of time early in the game, got a little bit rushed in the 2nd qtr after those 2 sacks. But we have to throw the ball deep, not 15 yds deep, 20+. We need to take some shots and let our WR's make big plays. Watch Baylor, TCU, etc. and see how many times they go over the top.

We have to establish the run to do this. Both the team's you mentioned can run the ball. Otherwise you'll never get 1 on 1 coverage like Baylor and TCU get to make those plays happen.

Don't know why but I feel optimistic about second half. Sling the ball a more and it opens up the run like we saw pre fumble.

If the line can give Sam time, go for it. But it seems to be hit-or-miss on protection, which makes playcalling tough.
