TCU couldn't have played much better. 60% from the field. Our scorers have been very quiet. Bad Deonte is in the house. Very annoying but it could be worse. Need to be better on D second half and we should be ok.

p.s. Announcers are brutal

Defense has been terrible. Rotations are slow. Can't stop the dribble penetration. Post defense is non existent.

TCU has something to do with that - they move the ball quickly and makes it tough to rotate that quickly.

They really aren't bad for being TCU-specific announcers - they've been mostly fair. People just decided that they were going to hate them from the get-go considering their apparent allegiance.

TCU did put 80 points against Kansas, they are not bad this year, there is no easy game in the Big 12.

I couldn't stand another half of the TCU announcers, and finding an free online stream of ISU basketball is challenging, but finally had some luck, thank you KSOM out of Atlantic!

BALL SCREEN, that was TCU's entire offense. And yet they have 44 points.

But they are spreading the floor, and with Iowa St hedging and doubling so hard, they are able to swing it around and find the open guy. Plus they're making the open shots.

TCU had been turning it over this year, but so far today, only 4.

That was probably the best half the kid has had so far this year. Him and Jackson carried their teams.

These announces are horrendous knowledge wise...saying ISu doesnt play D and Prohm team usually do...lol..absolutely no research..ISU is TOp 20 in defensive efficiency on the year. We came in with another defensive game plan of doubling the post and our defensive reverted back to Fred days..If we stop doubling the post we might win.

One of those typical games from Burton..We can just expect that Burton will look terrible the game after a huge game. 99% of time its happened in his career. I dont' know if its just me but there were several block calls and the TCU guy just ran into defender and looked like we were pretty set..Again not a ton of fouls called either way.

We can't win games unless either Burton or Bowie are having a productive offensive game...we just cant. It eliminates a post threat and allows teams to just defend us outside. DJ was on fire or we wold be down 12 right now.

Time to stop doubling the post in this game.

Burton is starting to remind me of Nader at times. If he makes his first shot, we're in for a 20+ point game. If he misses, you might as well sit him for the rest of the game.
