I'm feeling good about this game today; maybe because we've beaten OSU for so long and for so many times in a row now, but I think at the very least it will be a competitive game, and I would not be surprised at all to see us come out with the victory.
I've save my judgement on this team till late January. A lot can change.
I hope the guys got good grades in last semesters classes and are on their way to becoming good citizens.

Donovan and Averette had some bad blood last year after two Poke's roughed Monte up in the big 12 tourney last year. Hopefully DJ comes out with a little bit of a chip on his shoulder. Averette has taken over the role of my most hated big 12 opponent. He loves playing the role of the ahole.

I can see them playing one of their best games and losing relatively close or getting swamped and perhaps we really don't see things start to meld until February, which is at least progress.

Need DJ to get back in his groove. Also, keep Lard outta foul trouble. I don't agree with the line at 7.5 for OSU.
Speaking of the history of beating OSU.....Just saw a video segment of a few years back when we were beating them in Stillwater.....watching Kane, Ejim, Niang, Naz, etc. walk off the court for a timeout. Oh my gosh, we had a team of 'men'. Its like we are playing 'boys' this year, compared to those teams. Our expectations have to remain realistic and keep things in perspective. Really don't think anyone should have been upset when preseason coaches poll picked us 9th. Look forward, tho, to seeing us in March and hopefully saying we can't believe how much we've improved!
History says it'll be close. We've had some crazy games against the Pokes during this 10 game winning streak. I knew the all time series with Okie St was close but according to wiki, its tied 63-63. In Stillwater, they lead 37-17.
I don't hate Lard off the bench, but Beverly should be really limited in minutes. <10
I think it will be close. We have had some clutch, lucky, and dominating games with them on this streak. Time to get back on track.
