Finally just wanted to share my thoughts from the game..

1. Joel Lanning..nuff said
2. Kyle Kempt..so chill. Acts like he has been there before dozens of times!
3. The piling on penalty made me laugh.
4. I wasn't even born yet the last time we beat OU!
5. This was the first ISU football game I have ever thought ISU actually BENEFITTED more from the 50-50 calls.
6. This game was on mainstream FOX national TV. You have to think some big target recruits saw this or at least saw highlights throughout the day.
7. Another QB dilemma..but in a good way if that makes sense. If Park is back next week, does he start?
8. CMC's post game speech. This is why we need to do everything we can to keep him. Celebrate the big win but don't make it the pinacle of the season.

Bonus: OU will be fine. The way the CFP race is going, I think if OU wins out, wins the Big 12 championship they'll still be in. Pac 12 will beat each other up. FWIW, I think the CFP will be Bama, Clemson, OU, Penn State.

After Lazard scored the go ahead touchdown. Does anyone else think his celebration attempt resembled the OBJ dog celebration? I hope not, but it looked like he was trying to crawl while his teammates forced him to his feet to celebrate.

Agree that he should have been able to celebrate and enjoy such a huge moment. Would have been sick if he got penalized and it cost us.

Do you know the celebration I am writing about? For multiple reasons. First off, it would have been a bad look. But more importantly it would have been a definite 15 yard penalty on the kick-off to give OU great field position to start a possible game tying drive with more than 2 minutes on the clock. Good thing we will never know. I was just watching the replay on FSN and saw it after the play, I didn't really notice it before.

Am I the only one that is concerned about THIS. I am thinking the same thing happened at the Texas game. At the red zone 20 yard line teams dump a short pass over the top of Lanning, whose demeanor is always leaning forward to get that tackle.
