The offense is 0/100 when the coaches delude themselves we can run the ball and 90/100 in situations they feel forced to pass.

I didn’t say fire him, but he needs to show improvement to keep his job. Mediocre is not ok in my book. We may fall back to 1-2 wins, but I rather shoot for success than settle for mediocrity.

Scates got plenty of opportunities for it to work in Ames. The dude couldn't catch passes that hit him right in the hands from the best QB in school history.
