Yeah the Big12 was not very good this year. Iowa State was an overrated 7-6 team IMO.

While playing many starters who are underclassmen and could return 18-20 starters next year.

Memphis they just said on the post game was 100th nationally against the rush and we got ZERO YARDS.

More importantly we really stuck with it so our passing game was constantly having to convert 12ish yards in just two plays instead of 10 yards in three plays.

Yeah it was an average team (ISU) playing a slightly above average team.

The loss isn't surprising. I would say looking outclassed was a bit eye opening.

Rocco is decent qb, not a game changer. He will start next year with decent results. With bad o line play, same results. I can't see a kid like him sit on the sidelines.

Kohl would have to beat him out. Or the freshman.

Felt really good after Texas and K State games. Feel terrible after today.

Cyclone football program has taken another step back. 20 starters coming back but let’s be honest we know we’ll look just as terrible to start next season as we did today.

Yeah - I suppose these 15 or so underclassmen who were starters won’t improve physically in the offseason.

I wouldn’t read into the results of an exhibition game too much.

I do agree that at some point you have to quit trying to run it if you can’t do it. That’s also the point in the game you’ve lost. You’re physically getting manhandled, and it’s game over.

Zero, Zero yards rushing against a G5 team. I don't care if it's a bowl game, that is inexcusable. We really need to go out and find someone who knows something about coaching an offensive line.

At least 5 yrds against 85 Bears mark it
