Depth chart still has "or" between all the middle linebackers. Thinking it will still be Mike Rose, but maybe starting him last week was an elaborate ruse?!?
Someone said the '02 team was cliquey or had some chemistry issues. I think depth played an issue along with becoming one dimensional with Wallace.
Gameday talks for less than a minute on ISU=TOE game, then spend more time on Tenn-East Tenn St...
Here is analysis from TOE fan:
"KF will try to establish a run game while mixing in short passes and a little play-action over the top to Easley. If the hawks can do this they will control the clock which they should have no problem doing against a weak Iowa State defensive line."
It's one thing to think your team will win, it's another to not even know enough about your opponent to make an informed analysis. I get the coaches know how good ISU D line is, but this sheds light on why TOE always has this, "we're superior" complex. They will be in shock when ISU D line dominates en route to an ISU win, but we won't be.

Kirk picked the Hawks, and whoever he picks in this game usually loses so I like our chances even more now.
