Looked like he touched it short of the goal line.

If he was out of bounds when touching the ball it makes the ball out of bounds. They ruled the ball hit the pylon first though so doesn't matter when the receiver touched the ball.

I hate this too. we had them scrambling, now they get to put in the A Play.
We must have something going on CMC didn't like.
