ESPN3 is adaptive stream. You cannot "fix" the rate with their system. Quit browsing the internet at the same time will help.

More knowledgeable posters can confirm, but I believe that is the overall seed, not region seed. In basketball, they'd be a 3 seed and us a 1 seed.

In VB, only the top 16 teams are seeded, so this would be comparable to a 1 vs 3 in MBB/WBB tourney

When my ping is 5ms, Download is 94Mbps, and upload is 72Mbps, I question why on earth ESPN3 isn't full quality 24/7.
