Not sure that I would characterize like that, but everything I have read is that Toure is a lock-down defender who is a perfect fit for TJ’s system.
Everyone who was worried he would go to EIU, raise your hands lol.

simple as the Staff preferred and got a player they liked more at SF/PF.
