I remember wanting to go after him when he hit the portal last year. Btw...has it been clarified whether players who transferred last year can do it again this next offseason without sitting out?
I read in the most recent proposals the NCAA was going to crack down on guys ability to transfer a 2nd time. A possible common exception being discussed was allowing a "2nd no-sit transfer" for grad transfers.

I like how Jaykwan Walton at Witchita State has been playing as well.

Okoro at St Louis looks like a pretty good big man that may be a grad transfer. Tolu Smith at Miss. St. looks like he would be a home run.

Kayden Fish was at the game today. Great dude. Sat next to him and talked with him for bit. He said he had fun and he came over to shake my hand. He and Omaha had fun and seem pretty friendly with each-other. Glad TJ is recruiting not just great players, but great people

If only we could have two years of Shoon and Holmes.. Those two would make next season a top 10 team in the pre-season
I think our portal class this spring will be designed to replace Ossuniyi and Holmes. Well maybe a little bigger body to pair with Grill on the wing.

Can Hason groom for Ossuniyi's spot? I mean, he's only an inch shorter (according to bios). Its not like Osun has developed into that 3 pt. shooter like TJ hoped. We know he can handle the lobs, etc.

Maybe, but no way they are going to risk it. A Center in the portal will be top priority. My guess is that one of the current choose to not use their 5th year on the bench.

I hope so. Ward was late to campus last summer because of visa issues. So maybe an off-season that includes staying in Ames over the summer can help develop a few low post moves. He makes things happen, so would like to see him succeed.

If everyone who has eligibility returns, plus the additions of the 4 freshman, we only need our posts to score about 10mpg. The bigger deal is rebounding, defending the paint and some shot blocking.

Wasn't Hason known for his shot blocking at his previous school? We know he can rebound.

I’m hoping there is another guard/forward duo we can target. Bringing in guys that are familiar with each other is a huge bonus.

I wouldn't mind seeing more King at the wing. Omaha at the 4 and a transfer big. I agree replacing Holmes and getting another SG in the portal is important for next season though.

I think our injured player Williams will be able to replace Holmes. I know he is known as a defensive guy, however, he had pretty decent offensive numbers for a young player
