Maybe they have a skeleton crew of at least seven (which I think is the requirement to play the game) who can go/passed COVID protocols and the rest of the team is going to be out.

Playing shorthanded against the #9 team in the country as one of the worst teams in the country sounds like it could royally bite for Chicago State. But hey, if the game is on, then play on.

Continuous clock in the second half if it gets out of hand?

I’m pretty sure I read on Twitter that one player tested positive which caused the shut down because they had to wait and test everyone on the team. They’ve also already rescheduled their game with Drake and will play them tomorrow.

I was actually hoping they'd have to cancel so we could play someone better. Oh well, Big 12 play on deck.

Me too. And I was hoping the game would be rescheduled for after Christmas so we wouldn't go on a 10 day break before playing Baylor. That's what Baylor is doing.

Oh well, can't complain when we're 11-0.

That last part is wrong, Drake is headed to Vegas. They already got a replacement game.
