Really thought we'd have at least 2 losses by now. I know tough games and times are ahead but I love these guys!

Thought we’d be lucky to win one in this tournament, and it’d be the consolation game.

Did not foresee us winning the whole thing.

If Jaz and Tristan step up like they have, I suddenly have more confidence in our front court. Even then, a little defensive pressure keeps the ball front he interior, so that covers a lot of ills.

Kind and Enaruma both made monster plays this eve. If they keep that up, I may be willing to revise my expectations up for the season.

Even after some good tendencies in first 4 games, I thought we'd scrap but still go 0-2 in this tournament, with some hope of 1-1. I certainly didn't expect 2 double-digit wins (and couldn't have fathomed a win like that over Memphis).

Ok...so is ISU really not that talented?

I know the front court is lacking a bit but they don't seem to believe that.

It’s hard to measure middle of the chest talent and between the ears talent. I would say the first six data points of the season suggest the ISU team has quite a bit in those spots

Yeah, he just seems to be unsure of himself when he gets the ball in the lane. I'm sure TJ will recognize that and get him to be more aggressive.

Still a lot of potential. I think he could be very good. He is buying in to the hustle and team. But you can tell the talent is there.

Going to be favored against Iowa. Things have not gone well for ISU athletics in that scenario for a long while. Need to break trend in the worst way for morale.
