No, you don’t. Your Hawkeyes are in trouble.Hope we can win out. Still have some tough ones left.

Hey..I owned this! See later post!Stopped watching. Not even worth the time today.
He’s a full arms length away until Cryder stepped forward. Nate is also entitled to his space. No, you are entitled to the space in front of you. And thats not what happened. He just ripped his arms through to get the ball on his strong side.
Do you know what a bad call is because it was a bad call. There is a reason why they put that elbow to the face is a foul. The spirit of that call is for player safety.
Again, if that is the cylinder then everybody is in the cylinder then why have it a violation to have elbow to the face.
I’m with you on that. I was just pointing out that he did contribute offensively but I agree, there are a lot of times when passing up a not-so-great look leads to a TO or someone taking an even worse look.I am not saying they aren't huge, but many times he passes it out when he's at the rim and we don't get a any points that possession.
Total guess but I’m wondering if it’s a groin strain with Keshon. I’ve had one of those and it’s a b*tch. The difference, however, is that I didn’t have trainers and a recovery plan.Keshon has looked limpy for at least the past month.
Obviously.More things in life to get frustrated about lol
You make it sound like it's cut and dry. It is not.I know what a bad call is, but I also know how to read, so I know that was not a bad call. If you would like to read the rules to become more acquainted with what you can or can't do in basketball, there is a free rulebook you can download from the NCAA website.
You are just parroting Jay Bilas, and he was wrong. A player can crowd them like Heise did, but if there is contact, its a foul on them.
Cryer didn't even step forward. He didn't even move his feet until after the contact. He’s a full arms length away until Cryder stepped forward. Nate is also entitled to his space.
But actually, Heise was to his right, not in front of him. So that was an unnecessary action. And if you are going to call that, Houston should have had 40+ of those. No, you are entitled to the space in front of you. And thats not what happened. He just ripped his arms through to get the ball on his strong side.
That was a "Culture" game- 99 percent of the NCAA Men's Basketball teams would have folded down 15 on the road and missing your two leading scorers. Cryer does not go off with Keshon and Curtis playing. No moral victories just Iowa State Men's Basketball Culture on full display for the country to witness. Go Clones.
I'm not talking about a computer assessment. I'm talking about being able to run an offense and get a bucket that isn't a one on one, step back three. On a neutral court, season in the line, those are a lot tougher. They will play plenty of teams that match them defensively in the tournament. They probably will not play a team that matches them in defensive intensity like ISU.
Their offensive efficiency numbers are very good this year.
But today it took a career performance by Cryer to carry them
I like the effort and I LOVE Jefferson. But what do we have to do to get him to take over a game? His passiveness on offense drives me nuts. He has the potential to dominate scoring and we need him to in games like this.
