I trust CMC and staff to make better halftime adjustments than WVU.

We really have an edge and an advantage. Some minor tweaks, but for the most part, Heacock is working miracles. Play calling on O is pretty good, too. This would feel much different if there wasn't the blocked kick.

Ten point swing on one fluke play. Was good to see defense respond with that stop. Tells me we kept our mental edge after such a deflating play. Points out the gate of the second half would go a long way in this one.

Will be tough for DM to match that great first half, but big yards with Butler is there for the taking.
We need an int or two in the second half. This has Baker Mayfield type frustration written all over it.

How did the officials miss that take down and then not letting our defensive player get up?

ISU has them where they want them. This staff is amazing at half time adjustments, DM, Purdy, Butler and this offense are on point. They will have a great opportunity to win this!

Yeah, was just thinking I'd sign up for 20-14 halftime lead, but in reality, what led to that score looks all too familiar. Holding them to just over 100 yards is even more of a kick to the nuts with just a 6 point lead.

This has a chance to be part of the culture shift.

Held them to 4.15 yards/play in first half, they had been averaging 7 yards/play.

If I didn't have the full head of luxurious hair that I have I'd give into the Mr Clean look as well.
