How many ISU/Texas games haven't been broadcast in the past? I can't remember any, but I may be wrong. If this truly is the first then how can people conclude this is not due to the LHN?

As to Colorado, I believe the home team has control if it falls to third tier, and I seem to recall that they denied us the ability to broadcast the games.

The home team does not have a say if it goes to the third tier....theoritically. I suppose they could conspire with espn... If it is third tier they cannot keep us from carrying it if we want to broadcast it also.

Sounds like Ray Cole of WOI is going to be filing formal complaints with the FCC tomorrow against Andy Fales and Chris Hassel after today's Murph & Andy show. Apparently they cold called someone in the WOI news room area to try to find out why no one can get the game on TV tonight in this area and didn't let them know they were live on the air. Heard this on Marty's show tonight.

I came home and tried to listen to the podcast, but it had already either been taken down or was never put up in the first place. The podcast for the first hour of today's show is there, but not the second hour when topic was being discussed.

Should be interesting to see which media outlets pick up on this tonight. WHO and WOI will likely say nothing at all, but KCCI might mention it. The Ragister isn't saying anything about it yet.
