Does it seem like the Celtics are unloading here, giving up Porzingis and Holiday?

Anyway, saving some cash for sure. Hope Georges can take advantage.

And I forgot that Niang was drafted by Indiana.

They definitely are and punting on next year. Contracts were up on the 3 year window

Testifying
Probably Tinsley for now but Georges might pass him slow and steady. Cato in the mix but such a defensive specialist, they don’t even have guys like that any more.
1 and 2, Horny and Zaid?

Hornacek and Tyrese 1 and 2 depending on net totals or best seasons. #3 is fun debate and Georges has worked his way into it imho.
Stats wise tinsley averaged more points, rebounds, assists, and steals. But the roles are so different.

Tinsley wasn’t the most consistent, I don’t think he kept himself in greatest shape. Still being out of the league for a couple years then coming back for another stint in his mid to late 30s. That doesn’t often happen and speaks to his unique skills.

Yeah, and Georges tends to disappear in the playoffs . Off season is here!

They are trying to get younger and cheaper. Georges is one of those.

He might end up #3 pro Cyclone depending on next few years or at least in discussion. Never would have guessed it.
Well wouldn't it be Niang, Fred, or Aziz? Its kinda crazy how similar their career stats are right now. I don't know anything about Aziz but he has the best career stats of the 3 IMO. That doesn't necessarily mean he's the best, but I don't have anything else to go off of with him.

Edit: I should have thrown Grayer in that same mix, although he's at a games played disadvantage. But his other stats are right there too.

It’s all subjective but I think Tinsley better production than Fred and Niang thus far.

Aziz is before my time but on stats seems like a good argument. Must have had some injuries because lots of seasons always with decent minutes but lots of partial year games played.

Grayer I barely saw play in nba (small markets but I saw a handful of his games) but his stats aren’t that different than Fred. Would be a fun thread to lay out career totals.
