The MBB team also played there in 2015-16. Nader hit a game-winning three with 0:11 left.

Also, IIRC, that was just before they reoriented the court and rotated it 90 degrees. Would be strange to go back and have it be the same building, but a lot different viewing experience like that.

Yeah the wbb game was nearly 25 years ago so it has changed alot.

I was a bit surprised that their new arena has actually 3,000 fewer seats than their existing facility - seating only 7,500. It still cost more than $200 million.

Is it me, or do the seats seem steeper too? Maybe hoping to create a "crowd on top of the court" effect in leiu of expanded seating.

They are pricing out the common fan and adding amenities and poor parking. The Baylor board is pretty divided over it.
