Does anyone feel the same way I do about how a coaching staff is a very visible representation of their team, program, and university? Personally, and this is only my opinion, but if I was to hire a staff that was going to be responsible to get the most of out my schools team, I'd want to hire men that are disciplined and hard working. Do you think a kid looks at a guy like Mangino and thinks in the back of his mind that this guy is a mess and if Mangino tells him to run harder, lift harder, give more effort, etc. that he's probably not going to pay as much attention or respect him as much?"
F***ing unbvelievable! Apparently, winning a NC and an Orange Bowl gets you no respect, but if you win the mighty FCS championship game, that's a different story. I really hope we curbstomp them into oblivion!
