Notable questions
1. Will Crookham of Lehigh wrestle? If he does, he will steal a spot in EIWA
2. Who will Iowa enter at 174? Kennedy earned an allocation and if Brands is entered, a Big 10 spot goes back in the at large pool
Looking into more depth on some of these.
125 - Ungar has been at 133 this year and is 5-3 and last match was Dec 6th. Not sure if he announced that he was going to 125 or where Willie got this information
133 - Orine is 3-4 at 133. So doesn't have the 8 match requirement. Was wrestling 141 early in the season
Chelbove is 4-9. Having a terrible season
141 - Drury is 14-6, but RPI is only about 57.
149 - Gioffre and Soloman are just lower level guys.
157 - Cholakyan pinned Kane N in the dual and lost 3-2 to Paniro. Low RPI. 14-7 record, so 66% win %age
- Teemer not enough matches - 5-2, so no coaches rankings
- Siebrecht is 9-7 with a low RPI
- Kraisser is 8-7 with a low RPI
165 - Gallagher of Ohio State is 4-2 at 165, so not coaches ranking or RPI, was at 157 most of the season. Looks like Sasso and Gallagher switch weights mid season, than Sasso medically retired
- Picklo is 12-6, just missed win %age and RPI, both in the 60's
174 - Wolak is 12-8, so missed win %age and RPI. Both in the 60's
184 - Rogotzke had no RPI, and not a good win %age, but in the coaches rankings
- Hawks just missed win %age at 67% and 3 short of RPI, but in coaches rankings
-Not sure what happen to TJ Stewart - 10-10 record, so bad win %age and RPI
197 - I must be thinking of a different Lautt, this is just marginal on everything
