Is there anywhere that has a BigXII conference ranking to see who "should" qualify based on probable BigXII seeding order? I can probably reference the national rankings of BigXII wrestlers later, but I thought I'd see if there was an easier way.

Someone will have a list, probably later today, that shows who earned the allocations for their conference at weight.

Tough for MJ. He’s definitely one of the 33 best 174 pounders but is going to have to steal a spot and it’s not going to be easy.

This would be the best option other than the list the poster above mentioned that will show who earned allocation.

Coaches wanted it that way. Got rid of those matches a few years ago.

Also, since no weight class has 8 qualifiers this year, there isn't a need for a 9th-place mini-bracket either.
I remember now, but think I forget every year. It seems so foreign. What was their reasoning?

I don't know what the party line is, but there were some administrative **** ups in 2019 and 2020, and then for 2021 those matches went away.

Wrestle stat has their rankings that you can filter by starters, conference, and weight. Then you can do comparisons if you want a deeper dive. I used to do this, but I usually just play lazy and let someone else do it first:)

133, 141, 149, 157, 184 will be in Philly no matter what. I like Kysen to place top 7 in Tulsa. 174 is a toss up, but I like MJ over Simma, Sax, or Conley. Don’t like the chances of 165, 197, or Hwt

Don’t think Herrera would get an at-large? Would think he would be in solid shape for an at-large with a top 5 or 6 finish in Tulsa.
