I love crazy aunt Bethany.

Is your house on fire Clark?
Don’t throw me down Clark.
Grace? She passed away 30 years ago.
Did I break wind?

I also love Clark’s line where he says that he wouldn’t be more surprised if he woke up tomorrow with his face sewn to the carpet.

Another favorite moment is when Margo comes over to confront the Grizwalds, but Clark opens the door right when she gets there and the squirrel and dog both jump on her.

The bold is what makes the Clark character so good:

“Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?”

Clark: I was just looking at something for my wife. God rest her soul

Mary: Oh god, I’m so sorry

Clark: Oh no. No. She’s not dead. We’re just divorced. She’s history. And obviously she doesn’t wear underwear.

This guys character was one of ruined for me by Wayne’s World. He’s forever Noah Vanderhoff to me now.
I feel like Brian Doyle-Murray is under appreciated as a whole.

Lou Loomis is a great character. So is Earl Cross.

Earl: Hey Francis. Got something for ya.
Frank: A choo choo?
Earl: No. It’s five pounds of veal
Frank: But Daddy, I asked Santa for a choo-choo
Earl: Well go out and get a job and buy a choo-choo

My name is Clark so I’ve heard and said every line a million times in my life. Yet this year I could not get the light strings undone for the life of me. It was only days later I realized i should’ve handed it to my son and said “little knot here, you work on that” and have my wife post to social media.

Pretty sure he's Bill Murray's brother. He's in a lot of movies with smaller roles - Caddyshack, Groundhogs Day a few that come to mind.
