This was a funny read in the wrestling forum a few years back. Had to have been a family member of Jackson’s.

I dont remember from before I had an account, can you read posts here without being a member?

If so there may be a lot more just coming and reading.

Not exactly sure.
BDVD called me up on the phone more than once yelling at me

My favorite part is when he asked if I knew he was and I said "is this VanDeVelde?"

He responded with "yes MR. VanDeVelde."

Hilarious!
Did you post your phone number on here?

Hands down it was former Athletic Director, Bruce Vandevelde. He "anonymously" used to come on here and argue with people about things that occurred during his stint.

He was pretty terrible at it, and I believe got called out, but denied, denied, denied the accusations. But he used his university email address at LA Tech to register his account, so it wasn't even a question.
BVDV was such a HORRIBLE AD! I find this funny that he lurked here too. Thank goodness we finally moved on from him and got Jamie as we would be so far behind right now if we had continued the stagnant ways Bruce was taking as the AD. Guessing JP probably reads stuff here but is smart enough to not respond to it.

I may have shared this story before here. Back when Bruce was still AD at ISU a friend of mine was attending a soccer game and apparently Bruce's wife and kids were sitting a few rows in front of him and the guys he was with. He can't remember what they were talking about at the game but eventually Bruce showed up and sat down next to his family and his wife then pointed up at them and said something to Bruce. Bruce then asked them to come down and talk to him away from the bleachers and then started to rip on them saying how dare they talk bad about him in front of his family. My friend told him he's not sure what his wife thought he heard but they had no idea it was them nor was any conversations they were having were about him. Told Bruce maybe he maybe is a bit paranoid as he is generally not liked by ISU fans to which he said "what do you mean by that?" They told him, well you dropped baseball, you fired one of the most successful basketball coaches we've ever had (Eustachy) and people in general just don't think you do a very good job. By the end of the conversation they pretty much had debunked whatever Bruce thought was going on while he was not there on top of reminding him what a bad AD he was. He was trying to intimidate some college kids and wound up getting served some harsh truths instead.

Reminds me of the insider group that used to exist on here in a special 'social group' area. KG and a bunch of others posted in there with a ton of insider info.

TJ’s dad used to give us all kinds of info ℹ️ n the basketball group that no longer exists. That group was awesome. No info ever escaped, it was free. It’s back when Jeremy was running the site and before the site got a new look. Was sad to see it go
