Has anyone found Johnny Gosh yet? Weird shut happens. I’m not able to dismiss anything at this point.
Lyric and Elizabeth were found unless there's some other girls I'm forgetting.or the girls from Waterloo

All it takes is the convicted guy taking the fall for a group he's part of. He may be innocent of murder but he certainly doesn't seem innocent either.Just so I got Bahena’s story straight -
3 years after the woman was murdered, Bahena decided to make it known Bahena is the victim, Bahena was kidnapped in our own car by two people, one of them went by “JACK,” “coincidentally” also Mollie’s boyfriends name.
And now we’re making connections between her and a sex traffic ring? We think she could’ve been a part of a sex traffic ring despite having zero evidence of sexual assault?
Or are we saying Mollie went for a run, was kidnapped, taken to the ring, murdered without any sexual assault, then they go out of the way to go see Bahena, kidnap Bahena, have him dispose of the body and bank on him not telling any authorities because they will kill his child and baby mom? In the same ******* night?
Dude deserves life in prison and I’m not even 100% convinced he murdered her but solely because his punk ass has been lying this entire case.
No but local police have an idea of what happened but there's not enough hard evidence to do anything. Lyric's parents were heavy into drugs and it was related to that. Elizabeth was just collateral damage.True...but has anyone been charged with crimes related to their deaths?

Agreed. Think about the options here:
1. Behena Rivera was driving around, saw her out running and thought she was attractive. Started bothering her and Mollie got freaked out, threatened or started to call the police at which point Behena Rivera panicked as a police report could easily lead him to being deported. He then acted in a way that someone would if they felt like their life was in jeopardy (which in a way, it was).
2. This massively complex story involving sex rings, masked men conducting a carjacking and threats to family to ensure silence.
I get the skepticism. In my career I’ve worked with hundreds of Mexican migrants and as a whole, they are a nose to the grindstone, hard working extremely nice bunch people and this is so far beyond out of character for someone in that group. But nothing else makes sense.
ISUCubswin is right. The man clearly did the crime and deserves to spend the rest of his life behind bars in Fort Madison.
On the flip side, what are the motives of these seemingly non-affiliated (with Rivera) people coming out and saying this stuff?
Making waves? Looking for reduced sentence deals for testimony? With it being a regional/national story some guys with nothing but time on their hands decided to try and cash in? I don’t know, but even with their recent revelations it still doesn’t pass the smell test.
Have you ever met a meth head? They aren’t exactly known for their reliability/truthfulness. Just because it seems like their aren’t a lot of leads in the Xavier case doesn’t mean there is some big underground trafficking network present. You seem to be going down the Q path.On the flip side, what are the motives of these seemingly non-affiliated (with Rivera) people coming out and saying this stuff?
But do they ever win? Seems like I only hear their names for cases they end up losing.Occam’s razor seems appropriate here, but the one thing that I can say with 100% confidence is that if I ever (hypothetically) find myself in a situation where I may need to, um… conjure some reasonable doubt, the Freses are going to be near the top of the list of people to call.

The prosecution disclosed this and the defense didn't do anything with itDoesn’t even seem like it’s underground since there’s a woman that was drugged and prostituted for months that has come forward. Lots of things don’t add up and I’m getting a major “Making A Murderer” vibe from the prosecution.

Taxpayers of the state of iowa.No idea, but to my amateur eye they are doing an impressive job of trying to make chicken soup out of… this. Does anyone know if they’re working pro bono, or who is paying the bills for the defense?
