That does look very cool. Anything that will allow friends to split the bill without getting the evil eye from the waitress is a plus for me.

As with all great new technology, there will be a ton of people who wont comply. I would love to have this kind of stuff in places, but so many people fear it.

I had seen that before, really amazing stuff. How it syncs with cameras and phones and you can just throw pictures and stuff between devices, very cool.

It is a very interesting piece of technology. I want to see it in place before I preorder mine. I wonder if you have to have all microsoft accessories, cell phone, camera, etc. for it to be compatible.

That would be a killer. I would love to see that be a pretty open platform. You would think it would all be syncing via bluetooth or something similar that is not quite there. So at a minimum your devices would all need to be bluetooth equipped.

Yeah I'm sure it would only be for select devices especially at first if it requires some new network protocol.

Almost every phone currently has Bluetooth in it, but I can't see it being useful for picture transfer off cameras. The datarate of Bluetooth 2.1 isn't high enough to transfer 2-5 MB files effectively, so you'll probably see some other wireless technology become more prevalant in the next few years (Bluetooth 3.0, Wireless USB, WiFi [802.11]).
