It could be your browser. If that password is shared with another login that was compromised some browsers will warn you each time you use that password to log in somewhere.

Go to the site. Don’t click the URL in the email no matter what you do. Change your password. Change the password anywhere else you’re using it. Clear your cookies.

(Not) coincidently, the sites I had up in Safari on my iPad cleared and did again when I came back to it. Appreciate the help!!

Unrelated, but I saw this fun game on Facebook. Take the name of your elementary school, the make and model of your first car and then the name of the street you grew up on and that’s your celebrity name!
