It could be your browser. If that password is shared with another login that was compromised some browsers will warn you each time you use that password to log in somewhere.

Go to the site. Don’t click the URL in the email no matter what you do. Change your password. Change the password anywhere else you’re using it. Clear your cookies.

Google chrome does that if your password was part of a major exploit. Get a password manager (lastpass) and forget all about that stuff once and for all.
