Meatloaf (Gravy or Ketchup)

this one is difficult. If you are eating meatloaf with mashed potatoes then you gotta go with gravy. if gravy is available then by all means use gravy. if you are eating it with almost anything else then ketchup.

my wife usually spreads a ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar mix over the top that is pretty good but if you got mashed potatoes then i still pour gravy over it.

This all is actually well said. If gravy is available, you gotta go with it. Nothing against ketchup in this manner.

I get a kick out of this snippet:

ketchup was later found to contain Lycopene, an antioxidant associated with decreased cancer risk—while catsup has been known to cause cancer.* *That last part may or may not be true.
