This guy should the center of all concussion research. We still don't know how to detect CTE in a living person but whatever it does, it's happing in his brain right now. He should be getting every test known to man, monitored round the clock...we're seeing it all play out in front of us. There may be other factors at play but his brain injury made him really vulnerable to whatever mental illness he could be dealing with.
I cringe though when guys compensate bad behavior for "well.. CTE".

There are so many ex nfl guys who have had brain issues who don't touch crap like this.

I’m sick of everyone blaming CTE when these athletes are being pieces of ****. Some people are just that, pieces of ****.

Take the Antonio Brown situation and compare to Aaron Hernandez.
  • Is it CTE
  • Is it these guys are pieces of $hit (upbringing)
  • Is it they are coddled from their teen years. There always seems to be a school/owner/ coach who is willing to turn a blind eye if it helps them win.
  • Is it programmed aggression/violence from playing FB at the highest levels.
  • Is it the sense of being untouchable that comes with wealth & celebrity.
Compare these guys to non-athletes like Jeffrey Epstein or P-Diddy? I don't have the knowledge to discount CTE, but agree a lot of other factors probably come into play

Did he have behavioral issues before the 2016 hit?
I really don't remember.

The track record seems to start after that.
