No it doesn't. That was one player that nobody else on the team could back up anything she was alleging. There were about 60 Iowa football players that came forward about these racist treatments by coaches at Iowa.
How can you guarantee that? They've already admitted guilt once on the subject
Except for the fact this is a bunch of players and they have 2 different investigations that actually found racism to point to.

The burden of proof is significantly lower for civil cases than for criminal cases.
He plays in the wrong system. He’d be better off in Dallas, Minnesota, or Denver because they play heavy zone systems. He’s just not fit to play man-man coverage. He’d actually be better off as a Safety.

They won't get anything for not graduating either. But this will cost Barta millions again in yet another lawsuit against his department. Barta is the gift that keeps on giving. He'll shed a few tears and the Iowa media will forgive him again. I love that!
