Grant Mahoney rides solo as he welcomes on Cyclone Legend Bret Culbertson to discuss his ISU journey and the infamous Shaggy game before welcoming on fellow Cyclone Legend Michael Brandtner to talk through the McCarney-Chizik-Rhoads eras and more. Presented by Kelderman Manufacturing.

Grant mentions a couple times that next week is the finale podcast... is next week the last kickin' it podcast forever? They do a nice job, so I hope not. Maybe I missed an announcement somewhere.

I missed it too - it was last week's podcast at the very end of the show queued up here:

Last one, yes. It was announced at the end of last weeks pod. I'm bummed as well - but sounds like Grant just has, well, life. Totally get it and am hopeful there will continue to be something with Woody.

Grant, favorite episode was this one getting Brett "Shaggy" Culbertson and Michael Brandtner on. That's all about kickin' it.

Best of luck with whatever life circumstances are taking priority and hope it turns out for the best.

Both of you together as former teammates made for great chemistry and a good listen. It was great to hear from all the teammates and coaches you had on as well. All of those episodes were great.

You guys covered the best FB year in Cyclone history, so great timing and accomplishment to be a part of from a media perspective.

Jeff, in your future incarnation keep doing the FB scheme and play breakdowns. Those were great with the Iowa game defensive adjustment talk through sticking out.

Agree. Love the technical breakdown from a football mind. I hope that continues.

I’m really going to miss Grant on the podcast. He was the one guy we had that was a biased fan. He was like our Hassel.
