ISU needs the best talent it can get, not Iowans because they are Iowans. If they can compete at the top 10 level, fine, otherwise ISU can do better.

Uhm, Myles is ranked the 2nd-best recruit in Illinois by the Chicago Sun-Times. He's still an Iowa kid because he played at Davenport West before transferring across the river to United Township in East Moline (via an Arizona prep school of course). Jerry's offer list (Iowa State, Creighton, Nebraska and Iowa) is very impressive for an incoming junior and he can definitely play at a Top 10 level.
