I realize they need to keep talking about something to keep it interesting, but their comments about big hits made me wonder if they had ever seen a Big 12 game. Most of their "he took a real shot there" hits were nothing compared to what we saw all year in conference games.

you realize dusty d played for Oklahoma right, so of course he’s seen big 12 games. And I’m pretty sure he did a couple of our games this season.

I like Pasch a lot. Dusty is pretty good too. Their job is to do their part to make the game interesting. If ISU had pulled even and won the game they would have flipped the storyline on a dime toward us. One of the byproducts of being better is we mostly get the good announcing teams.

I didn't have a problem with the announcers. But it was frustrating early on that they struggled to ID the right player making a tackle.

This might be a first, the spotter sucked!!

Noel looks like a special talent. This is what I was thinking Daniel Jackson was going to be for the WR group. He just never got any better. I know he was hurt a lot of last season, but he didn't show much at all this year. There is some talent in the WR room. A couple guys need to step up.

Yea, I could have used better wording on that. Should have been something like "if I hadn't known better, their comments would have made me wonder if they had seen a Big 12 game"

Did they show a replay of the play in question on tv? Not making light of the situation but the Clemson player had to be unconscious and tried to get up and looked like he was playing dizzy bat out there.

They did as that's how I saw the play.

They did and he did kind of hit his head but not really that hard. After seeing it I still couldn't decide if he was dizzy or just doing his best "hold me back bro" act.

Seeing it in the stadium, he was out on his feet

He was knocked out!! I hadn't seen anything like that since my sophomore year at ISU when a walkon LB on the scout team came on a blitz and Darren Davis coiled down and popped him in the chin. The LB got up all wobbly just like that and fell back down. I had never seen anything like that before.

Not only did he stand up wobbly, he almost did a pile-driver with his head on the ground when he went back down.

Noel plays with a chip on his shoulder, which I like. Seems like all the Alabama players play that way.
