Be honest - you created this scenario from a video description found on Porn Hub.

Not exactly sure.
For those who want it, you realize it’s like sticking TJs neck on the line. You don’t bring back the coach just before Prohm who was highly successful and pit him against your new coach who is rebuilding. TJ is in a no win situation with a large chunk of the fan base in that scenario. Might as well fire him and move on then.

This would be a very poor decision.

I don't think a loss to Nebby right now, should that happen, would be that fatal. Really?

It's one game out of 35 in a season. You are overreacting.

I say let TJ decide. We hired a head BB coach to bring us back and stare down anybody who comes to Hilton. If TJ and the team is ready, go for it. It would show the world we will take on anybody regardless of their past accomplishments or sins. Would there be anybody more qualified to coach against Fred?

I honestly don't care if we play NE, but if we do let's have some fun and bury them.

I think Dead silence would be a great reaction when they announce him. Not a cheer, not a boo. Just nothing. LIke everyone shuts up. Definetly give him 5 claps at the same time.

Nope. I guarantee I’ll catch some heat for this but Iowa State shouldn’t welcome Fred back until he’s done at Nebraska (or wherever else he ends up).

I just don't get the Fred animosity. It was a pretty widely reported/speculated that Fred would jump from ISU to the right NBA job. When the Bulls job didn't work out, the Husker opening seemed a natural based on his Midwest roots AND family ties to the Huskers. If coaching the Huskers was the best situation for Fred and his family- more power to him.

So I have no issue with ISU playing the Hoiberg's Huskers and it would be a great local game for our non-con schedule. Rather have us play the Huskers than Savannah State!!

This may be a tad melodramatic, right? It's one game.
