ISU longest field goal

I remember Shudak hitting a long one at the end of the UNI game in '87. It was 50+ IIRC, but I don't remember the exact number.
I am pretty sure Ty Stewart had a 57 or 58 yarder and one other kicker (perhaps Kohl) tied that. Not sure if anyone has beaten that.

That was Lawson of Air Force.. first game at JT (then cyclone stadium) and not an ISU player.....
Ty Stewart my favorite ISU kicker. Guy made FG's of over 70 yards in practice.

Which of these, if any, were in JTS? Wondering what the longest by a Cyclone at JTS is.
Loved watching Ty Stewart and Jeff Shudek kick. Every other area of ISU stunk, but those 2 were awesome.
I know the Ty Stewart one against OSU was in Ames (Cyclone Stadium/Jack Trice Field at the time) and the Missouri one of his was on the road if it was that year. Not sure about the Giffords one.

Strange as it sounds, ISU was SPOILED w/ great kickers when I was young.
Goedjen (SP?) Giffords, (even Rick Frank was okay) Shudak, Stewart.
I thought Jamie Kohl was a disappointment at first. Man, what I would not give for him

Jamie was solid too,./ Yelk even with all the grief he gets was solid compared to the people that came after him. he def. had power it was acc. he lacked
Jim Walden's special teams were pretty good, especially the kicking game. The rest of the team...well not so much.
