It is the Mandela effect at work.
I trust in this coach and team for the first time ever. However, I still don't trust enough to bet on Iowa State Football. I have just been around to long to think "yeah we should destroy this team". Even when we are supposed to destroy a team we seem to let them stay in it and win at the end.

Because, after all, that 2016 ISU team is exactly the same as the 2019 edition. Same goes for UNI, I’m pretty sure. It was pretty cool how you even skipped right over the 2017 game. You rock!
Come to think of it, that’s pretty much par for the course for Marty Fine. Who wasn’t exactly a fine offensive line coach.

Gahh...what's the point here besides picking at scabs and bringing negativity? The 2016 UNI game was at the beginning of CMC's ISU coaching stint where he was just starting to pick up the pieces from the previous coach. The Drake game was...what ever the heck you want to call it given the situation. The ISU team this year is going to be brash, swaggering, and believe or not, confident...I trust the staff to channel that into a constructive game plan. I, for one, am looking forward to seeing the results on the scoreboard...
