Testifying
Texas is in with 13 losses easily
Prohm should be left in Austin, getting blown out by an NIT team.

Guys, the real question here is (and maybe it deserves it's own thread): say we lose out, then would it be better to be in the NIT and have a shot at the 1 seed there? I mean gotta be better for morale? Amirite?

I'd have to renew my Sling subscription to watch those games on ESPNU.

This team is kinda reminding me of the last Tinsley team. Just kinda burned out and not that excited to play anymore. When shots fall they get energized but the default setting is "meh".

I am hoping its the lost chance at the regular season title that bummed them out, but I am afraid it is probably deeper than that. But maybe the NCAAs will rejuvenate them a bit.

I am depressed yet hopeful at the same time. I am sure the Germans have a word for that...

Maybe in hindsight but that Tinsley team won the league. This team is just ending up being slightly better than most thought they would be. The media hype train really unfocused the fans.

You know this season is actually a good season. It just feels disappointing for some reason. However, our record is good. We are tourney bound. We just went over the top in January after crusing some teams

We bought too much into our own hype. This team should have never been considered a Conf Title team. Hell, I saw some national guys calling us a dark horse national champ contender a few weeks ago.

That stuff is fun as long as you don’t let that become your standard for a good season.

Somebody who is 20 should remember the Hoiberg era.

And this is pretty similar --

Good offensive team, yet goes in lulls sometimes
Shaky defensive team
Playing in a very good Big 12 where no games are easy
Wins some big ones, drops some head-scratchers
Definitely could go on a big run

But could not

What is remarkable to me about the program now compared to the program from 2011 through 2016 is not how different it is, but how similar it is, really.
Player Hoiberg or coach Hoiberg?

Never mind - I guess it really doesn't matter, does it?

So you admit TCU beat a good team?

This is a circular and idiotic argument from you. You think TCU sucks but then say the only reason they’d be in the tournament is because they beat us.

Lol!!! Wth are you talking about? Just answer the question. Would a 4-12 Big 12 team still show up on projections?
