IMO, Briarwood would have to go back to public if a nicer, newer private club was built. Ankeny's higher income crowd is very materialistic and most would not want to be known as "Briarwood members".

That's the reason I was asking if Albaugh had any ownership in them. I agree.

I really don't have a clue... I doubt there is ownership when the family has Talons, plays a lot at Harvester, and spends a fair amount of time at other homes.
