Single game tickets go on sale tomorrow for Kansas Football Season Ticket holders. I am getting my tickets from a coworker who is a season ticket holder. They will not know the price until the website opens tomorrow.

I'm surprised at how long they waited, even for being in a different stadium.

Any update on prices?

You can always call the ISU ticket office, but I can just about guarantee you that even if they have availability, you can get better seats for significantly less money if you just buy from KU directly or 3rd party.

It is wild to me that ISU's deadline for away game tickets is usually in like April, but KU's website lets you buy away tickets up to a few weeks before each game. Guessing this is Jamie saving a dollar? No wonder he complained about nobody buying the KSU tickets (the tweet about nobody caring enough, hence no permanent rivalry), they give us so little time to decide.

It's the difference between having 60,000 tickets available for anyone/everyone and being allotted 3,000-4,000 tickets that are made available in a specific priority order.

I just called back to ask when the general public can purchase single game tickets, and the guy said "sometime in the first week of September". Seems wildly late!

That's only because ISU releases the tickets back to the home schools. Maybe KU released theirs as well, but at least they still advertise that you can buy them.

One added bonus of that play was the fact that the defender on that play was named Defense. Not much 'defense' on that play.

Tickets on the 10 Yard Line were going to be $120 plus a $50 fee per ticket. The husband of my co-worker went over two sections to the corner of the end zone. We ended up in Section 106, row 22, Seats 1-6. Total cost ended up being $631.53 which included buying a parking pass. The husband said basically the whole section was still available.

I could be wrong but i doubt the tv networks care that the chiefs have a noon game the next day.

if it's two 1 loss teams playing it very well could be a big spot, meaning night game.

Yeah, there will be so many available tickets, no way KU can sell 70,000 seats to their fans.

I’m glad the KU game is at Arrowhead this year. Had a less than stellar experience two years ago in Lawrence to the point where I dislike their fans more than Iowa, Nebraska, and K-State combined.

That's funny. KU basketball fans were my best fan experience.
