Not a saying, but the single finger wave. Lived a number of places since growing up the farm, never seen it anywhere else.
"Why does Iowa have ANF on their helmets when they don't do jack squat for us farmers like Iowa State does? Are they just morons over there or what?"

I'd put "I seen" as part of Iowa farm talk.

More like "SHUT THE ******* GATE!" as the high headed cow that grandpa hates but puts out a great calf every year runs out the gate.
