The student each year is a member of the equipment staff. I'm sure they can find something for him to do.

That's opening up a whole different can of worms.

I dont think Dan would have done any better. Dan feasted on beating the bad teams (usually) but couldnt beat the good ones. With our schedule getting exponentially more difficult i think things might have been even worse under Mac.
