So who is this guy and can anyone explain to me how this rumor makes any sense whatsoever?

It doesn’t make any sense unless those are the only 4 B1G presidents voting yes to playing a season. Even then, it seems like their are massive legal hurdles and we got a month left before the season is suppose to begin.

Gorm

With any luck we will be there by Tuesday.

It seems like other conferences that cancel are requiring their schools to NOT play. At least from the few examples I've seen so far.

It makes sense that those 4 specifically are reaching to do what they can to have a season in that the rich need to get richer but yeah it doesn't seem feasible.

That would be interesting if the rest of Big 10 wasn't going to play a season, but imagine if one of them won the conference? We'd never hear the end of it. I'm assuming they'd join to play our teams but not actually be part of the standings.

I imagine it would be like Notre Dame and the ACC where they are a full counted member for one season.

Poll and lengthy discussion because it's not as simple as it seems at first.

How much are we willing to go through to have the teams that carry the B1G bolster the B12 and see the coverage of the rest of the B1G teams drop?

I'd be all for this, as long as one of them doesn't win the conference. Might help get rid of some of the stigmas associated with the B10 vs XII.

Well, that would be interesting (not CW's tattoo). I wonder if the Big10 would allow that or if the schools would just do it anyway regardless of what the conference says. Obviously it probably won't happen, and I think there is too much of a PR and liability concern out there right now for college teams. Pro teams probably wouldn't have a season without players/staff/coaches signing Covid waivers.

Have we ever played Michigan or The OSU in football?

Just did a quick search and no it hasn't happened.

You'd think at some point one of them would have put ISU in there as a warm up. Wisky did it when Barry was building up the program.

The merger or Chris’ ass tat?

I was thinking a simple “would you look at Bo on Chris’ butt? Y or N”

Ohhhhh yeah then it's a No for me dawg.

Well, maybe if it were a close up where you can't tell where the tattoo is located?

Although if it's already known where it is, probably still a no.

At some point, I'd like a home game against any current Big Ten team (other than Iowa or Nebraska). Those have been almost non-existent over time.

Illinois - 6 games; all on the road
Michigan State - 2 games; 1 at home (1948)
Minnesota - 26 games; 1 neutral (bowl), 1 at home (1989)
Northwestern - 8 games; all on the road
Rutgers - 1 game; neutral site (bowl)
Wisconsin - 7 games; all on the road

DNP: Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue

I would be fine with it as long as every Big 12 member gets a share of the BTN tv money this year. EIU gets nothing from them and ISU gets $55 million. I am good with that.
