Dollar General is great. Don't have to dress up like you do to go to Walmart.
Hell, I don’t even have to put my teeth in to go to the General.

Meijer has its headquarters in Grand Rapids michigan. They are located in 6 states but Iowa is not one of them. The portions I’ve frequented in Indiana have been Meijer.
LOL there's a special place in hell for the Urbandale HyVee parking lot.
I've told my wife many times if she dies and the kids have moved out my shopping experience probably won't go too far past Menards. Most tools aren't that great but they are usable, the groceries aren't that good but they have them, they have some clothing. One-stop-shop and less bs than the other places.

Or you could start a store that only caters to people that are left-handed. You could sell left-handed scissors, left-handed golf clubs, left-handed can openers, left-handed playing cards, etc. You could call it the Leftorium
They have been adding supreme, bacon cheeseburger and such over time. Reason you don’t see them is profit level. One topping is cheaper to make but sells for the same amount as a specialty.Used to be fresher? I mean it’s not like they’re making it and than not putting it in the warmer for two hours, obviously you’re just not there at peak times.
Crust has never been a highlight of Casey’s pizza and I haven’t noticed it being worse than it used to be.
The last Casey’s I was in had 4-5 varieties in the rack. Some varieties like supreme and taco you never see in there I’m assuming because they don’t sell or hold up as well.
I have noticed a difference in quality of pizza at certain locations so maybe you’re just going to the wrong ones.

Need to go to different Casey’s then.I’m sure you’re right on the profit margin but I have yet to see any of the specialty varieties in the warmer. Mornings are usually bacon or sausage breakfast pizza and after that it’s pepperoni, sausage, cheese, beef or veggie.

Had it in Buffalo Center, Britt, clear lake ones off the top of my head.Which ones offer the specialty pizzas in the warmer?

The one on the corner of E 29th and Euclid always has great variety. That's were I was introduced to the sausage and gravy breakfast pizza.
I haven’t tried that, any good?
My dad thinks they are preparing themselves to be bought out at some point. They're cutting all of these positions to make the books look better.![]()
Hy-Vee announces another round of layoffs, 415 total positions eliminated since March

What is their problem?
Interesting thought. How would the approval go. I technically have non-vested shares of HyVee from college. I assume since they aren’t vested I would have no say. What about those who are vested? My dad thinks they are preparing themselves to be bought out at some point. They're cutting all of these positions to make the books look better.
The shares are equally-weighted. The non-corporate employees have no say over what management does. They’re the majority shareholder.Interesting thought. How would the approval go. My opinion is that Edeker is a freaking moron who has absolutely no clue what he is doing. He has almost single-handedly destroyed the company.
